Tank Unloading Valves (Disc Types)
RITAG disc type valves are the most flexible and and modern for the unloading of reactor products, piping or tanks that exist, a solution constructed for every specified application in close contact with our technicians.

The disco type valves can be manufactured so that the disc enters the inside of the tank (BA type) or that the disc enters the interior of the valve (BAS type). Available in DN25 to DN500 (1” – 20”), PN10 – PN40 (150Lbs – 600Lbs), also higher pressures available on demand.

Materials: Carbon steel, stainless steel, Hastelloy C, titanium, carbon steel covered with Teflon, others available on demand.

Accessories: Heating jacket, electric or pneumatic actuator, stellited seat or with soft seat seal ring, replaceable seat and disc, integrated temperature measure in the disc before the realisation of unloading, cleaning connection.

Válvulas de descarga de tanques. Tipo pistón
Las válvulas de pistón pueden ser de penetración en el interior del tanque (tipo BV) o de apertura hacia el interior de la válvula (tipo BVS). Se fabrican con pistón de entrada pulido y sistema de junta radial elástica, para garantizar una buena estanqueidad y evitar que la junta se gire, así como con pistón extendido para sobrepasar fluidos solidificables. DN 10 … 200 (3/8″ … 8″) PN 10 … 40 (150 … 600 Lbs), mayores presiones bajo demanda.

Materiales: acero carbono, acero inoxidable, Hastelloy C, otros bajo demanda.

Accesorios: cámara de calefacción, pistón neumático o actuador eléctrico, junta blanda BV, estellite BVS, asiento recambiable.

Tank Unloading Valves (Piston Type)

Piston type valves can be of penetration inside of the tank (BV type) or opening towards the interior of the valve (BVS type). They are manufactured with a polished inlet piston and a radial elastic seal system, to guarantee a good tightness and to avoid the gasket turning, as well as an extended piston for exceeding crystallisable fluids. Available in DN10 ? DN200 (3/8” – 8”) PN10 – PN40 (150 Lbs – 600Lbs), higher pressures available on demand. Materials: Carbon steel, stainless steel, Hastelloy C, others available on request. Accessories: heating jacket, pneumatic piston or electricactuator, soft seal in BV, BVS stellited, rechangeable seat.
