Gauges
LABOM pressure gauges are robust and trustworthy measuring devices for lots of different industrial sectors. These measuring instruments are exclusively manufactured in high quality stainless steel. They are adapted for assembly outdoors and in aggressive atmospheres. LABOM pressure gauges comply with the specifications of all the applicable normative and in some cases with the strictest specifications of classification societies. When equipped with pneumatic or electric contacts these devices can also be used for the monitoring and controlling

Relative Pressure:
Diameter sizes of 63 / 100 / 160 mm.
Pressure range from 0 – 25 mbar up to 0 – 1000 bar relative.

Absolute Pressure:
Diameter sizes of 63 / 100 / 160 mm.
Pressure range from 0 – 60 mbar up to 0 – 2500 mbar absolute.

Differential Pressure:
iameter sizes of 100 / 160 mm.
Differential pressure range from 0 – 40 mbar up to 0 – 25 bar.

Diaphragm Seals
LABOM diaphragm seals are used for:

• Protection of the measuring instruments from aggressive,highly viscous, solidifying or crystallizing measured media.
• Protection from high measured medium temperatures or fluctuations in temperature.
• Protection of measuring instruments from vibrations by coupling via capillaries.
• Damping of measurement pressure fluctuations and pressure peaks.
• Special designs with integrated flame flash over protector for use in hazardous areas, e.g. in zone 0.
• Dead-zone free measuring arrangements for particular hygienic applications.
• Use of special materials or surface coatings of components in contact with the fluid for special applications.

The construction materials that LABOM manufacture diaphragm seals are:
Stainless steel 1.4408, Stainless steel 1.4435, Tantalum, Hastelloy C276, Nickel, PTFE Coverings and Monel. The following are their most typical designs:

• Septic design with connection DIN 11851, norms SMS/IDF, Clamp, PRD, Neumo, Biocontrol, Varivent, Südmo.
• Diaphragm seal with flush mounted membrane, screw-in thread 1/2″ to 2”
• Diaphragm seal for general application flange-type per DIN and ASME.
• Diaphragm seal for general application cell-type.
• In line diaphragm seal for alimentation products for DIN, ISO and ASME piping of sizes DN25 (1”) to DN150 (4”).
